News on Battlefield Map (Streets for All)

Since our last public event in September we’ve been gathering all your feedback and comments to understand how you would like to improve the area and make it a more pleasant environment to live, work and travel through.

Now it’s time to turn these ideas into designs. Come along next Thursday 15 November to take part in an interactive workshop and discussion to try out some of the designs using a street scale model kit and materials. No experience is necessary and there will be help on the day. Below is a photo taken from a design workshop from one of our previous projects:

Date: Thursday 15 November

Location: Langside Parish Church

Design workshops at 2pm , 3:30pm, 5:30pm and 7:30pm (no design experience necessary)

Bike Workshop at 6:15pm. Bike riders and ‘wanna be’ bike riders. Join an interactive workshop to share your cycling experiences and aspirations for cycling around the area.

Get your bike checked for free between 2pm - 5pm. Bring your bike along and get it checked by a professional mechanic for free
